What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
At this time, Aclepsa.com only accepts payment by Visa.
When Will I Receive My Medication?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method. Typically, you will receive your medication in 10 to 21 business days, if shipped by the regular shipping option. Business days are all calendar days excluding weekends and local holidays.
Do you ship to Canada (or another country)?
Aclepsa ships medications worldwide to most countries. Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to Canada. When you checkout and provide your address details, you will see which countries we ship to.
Where are the medications shipped from?
The medications are shipped from Aclepsa's facility in India. Note, the medications are discreetly packaged in unmarked paper envelopes. The name "Aclepsa.com" does not appear on the packaging.
Depending on the medication and the pill quantity ordered, the medication can arrive in a factory packaging or in a vacuum sealed plastic bag for your protection.
What are your shipping rates, and who is your mail courier?
Aclepsa uses different delivery methods depending on the medication and the shipping option selected. When you checkout, you will see how much the shipping will cost for that medication, or combination of medications. View our Shipping Terms.
How will my medication be packaged?
To protect privacy of our customers, we discreetly package all medications in unmarked paper envelopes resembling personal mail with the return address in India. The name "Aclepsa.com" does not appear anywhere on the packaging.
Do I need to have a prescription to buy here?
Most of the medications we sell do not require prescription. If the product page says the a prescription is required, please fax it to 1-877-489-8166, along with your Order Number and your full name.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason, you feel that you are not completely satisfied with your order at Aclepsa, please contact our Customer Support department, and we will issue a full refund back to your credit card.
How do I place an order?
When you click an order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account. Fill in all the requested details, and press the Submit button to submit your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. You will be notified by email when your item ships.
How do I place a refill?
As a returning customer, simply log into your account and place a new order. You will receive an automatic 10% discount, or be able to add 20% more pills to your order (if you are not ordering pills or tabs, then please select 10% discount).
How do you protect my privacy and security?
Aclepsa is dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information furnished is legally protected under doctor-patient privilege laws.
Aclepsa's on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Aclepsa's system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.
